Cosmetic Insure “Refer a Friend Promotion (iPad and £100 Gift Card Draw)” Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize draw is organised by Cosmetic Insure (the “Promoter”), a trading name of AssuredPartners Regions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 305520).

2. The Promotion

For each qualifying referral, both the referrer and the referred friend will be entered into a prize draw.

  • The referrer will be entered into a draw to win an iPad Wi-Fi 128GB.
  • The referred friend will be entered into a draw to win a £100 All-in-One Gift Card.

If the referrer is selected as the winner, the referred friend will also be deemed a winner of the corresponding prize.

3. Promotion Period

This Promotion applies to aesthetic insurance policies purchased between 1 March 2026 and 31 May 2026 (inclusive).

4. How to Enter

  • During the Promotion Period, the referrer must visit the Promoter’s Refer a Friend Promotion Page (the “Referral Form Page”) and complete the referral form by providing their own details and those of their friend.
  • The referrer must introduce a friend who proceeds to purchase a new Cosmetic Insure aesthetic insurance policy.
  • The Promoter will contact the referred friend by telephone and/or email to provide a quotation and discuss insurance options. The friend will be informed that their details were provided by the referrer.
  • Once the referred friend’s policy is successfully incepted, both the referrer and the friend will be entered into the prize draw.
  • Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
  • By entering this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. Qualifying Referrals

  1. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “friend” includes friends, relatives, neighbours and colleagues.
  2. Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion are excluded from participating.
  3. There is no limit on the number of referrals a participant may make.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to decline to provide a quotation or offer cover in certain circumstances. Where no policy is purchased, the Promotion will not apply.

6. Prize

One winning referrer will receive:

  • iPad Wi-Fi 128GB

The corresponding referred friend will receive:

  • £100 All-in-One Gift Card

No cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Draw and Winner Notification

a. The prize draw will take place on 12 June 2026.
b. Winners will be selected at random and contacted directly to confirm delivery details.
c. Prizes will be dispatched within one week of confirmation.
d. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes not received due to incorrect or incomplete contact details.

8. Eligibility

a. Open to existing Cosmetic Insure clients aged 18 or over.
b. Referred friends must be new customers and not previously insured with Cosmetic Insure.
c. The referrer must confirm that the friend has given consent to be contacted by ticking the consent box on the Referral Form Page.
d. Each successful referral counts as one entry into the prize draw.

9. General

a. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this Promotion at any time.
b. Use of the Gift Card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions:

c. This Promotion does not apply to other insurance products sold by the Promoter or its group companies.
d. Email is not a secure method of communication and is used at the participant’s own risk.
e. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
f. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
g. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the conduct or outcome of the Promotion.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

The Promoter will collect and process personal data in order to:
• Contact the referred friend to discuss a quotation
• Identify the referrer’s policy
• Administer the Promotion and fulfil prizes

The Promoter will inform the friend that their details were provided by the referrer. Referrers must ensure they have obtained the friend’s consent before submitting their details.

11. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
