Cosmetic Insure “Refer a Friend – Christmas Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Cosmetic Insure, a trading name AssuredPartners Regions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 305520.

Eligibility:

• Open to existing Cosmetic Insure clients and prospects aged 18 or over.
• Referred individuals must be new to Cosmetic Insure (i.e. not existing or previously insured clients).
• Participants may submit multiple entries. Each eligible friend or colleague successfully referred will count as one additional entry into the prize draw.
• The more friends or colleagues a participant refers, the greater their chances of winning.

How to Enter:

• The referrer must introduce a friend or colleague who proceeds to purchase a new Cosmetic Insure insurance policy.
• The referred party must mention the referrer’s name at the point of first contact (via website form, email, or phone).
• Once the referred client’s policy is incepted, the referrer will be entered into the festive prize draw.
• Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be accepted.
• By entering a prize raw or competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions to a specific Prize Draw. If additional terms and conditions are created, they will be published on this form.

Prize:

• One winner will receive The White Company Beauty Advent Calendar.
• No cash alternative is available. Cosmetic Insure reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.

Draw and Notification:

• The winner will be drawn at random towards the end of November and contacted directly to confirm their delivery address.
• The prize will be dispatched promptly to ensure timely receipt before the advent period.

• We do not accept liability if a winner does not receive their prize draw as a result of having provided incorrect or incomplete address details.

Data Protection:

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with Cosmetic Insure’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.

General:

• Cosmetic Insure reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• By taking part, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
