Current Vacancies – Client Advisor

A Client Advisor role is being sought based in the Chester office for AssuredPartners Red Insure / Cosmetic Insure due to the expansion plans. We will be moving to a new premises for the business, however, this will remain within Chester City centre.

What you will need to have:
• At least 2 years account handling / client advisory experience within commercial broking
• Medical malpractice experience would be beneficial but not essential
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Keen to advance through insurance qualifications if not already qualified
• Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
• Personable and a team player

AssuredPartners US are the 11th largest broker in the USA. In 2019 , Red Insure, an independent insurance broker in Chester, were acquired by AssuredPartners, and in 2023 we were rebranded as AssuredPartners Red Insure. Stephanie Butterick was appointed in October 2023, replacing the owners of Red. Back office functions such as HR, IT, and Finance were moved to the Birmingham office. The Chester office, unencumbered, is focussed on the growth and service of our existing client base and we are now recruiting experienced client advisers to assist us with our growth plans.

AssuredPartners Red Insure employs circa 14 people who are based in Chester. We also have a separate MGA business in Chester, employing 4 further people. Under the Red Insure business, we also have a separate brand – Cosmetic Insure. Cosmetic Insure specialises in Medical Malpractice for Aesthetic Practitioners and Aesthetic Clinics – another very successful and expanding area of our business.

Main Elements Of The Role:

1. Responsible for your own book of clients
2. Renewing and binding cover in accordance with the Binding Authority Agreements (BAA) and Underwriting guides
3. Obtaining claims reports
4. Preparing market presentations ensuring renewal strategy is reflected
5. Preparing Client renewal reports
6. Assist with day-to-day client insurance and risk queries
7. Assist with mid-term changes to risk
8. Assist in placement of new risks to Red and Cosmetic Insure
9. Attend Insurer / Client meetings as necessary
10. Support the Head of Office in all aspects of the insurance broking function
