Cosmetic Insure “Renewal Date Giveaway” Terms & Conditions

Our prize draws and competitions are organised by Cosmetic Insure, a trading name AssuredPartners Regions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FRN 305520.

Eligibility:

  • Unless otherwise stated, our prize draws and competitions are open to all over the age of 18.
  • Only one entry per person, per company is permitted.

How to Enter:

  • To enter the draw, provide your insurance renewal date.
  • Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be accepted.

Prize:

Draw and Notification:

  • The winner will be drawn on 2nd of March 2026 and contacted directly to confirm their delivery address.
  • The prize will be dispatched within 5 working days after the delivery address has been confirmed.
  • We do not accept liability if a winner does not receive their prize draw as a result of having provided incorrect or incomplete address details.

Data Protection:

  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with Cosmetic Insure’s privacy policy and used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.

General:

  • Cosmetic Insure reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Any invalid, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
  • By entering a prize draw or competition, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions to a specific Prize Draw. If additional terms and conditions are created, they will be published on this form.
  • This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
