Women in Aesthetics Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by Cosmetic Insure (the “Promoter”), a trading name of AssuredPartners Regions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 305520).

2. The Promotion
Eligible participants will receive a 10% discount on the base premium of a new medical malpractice (aesthetic) insurance policy arranged through Cosmetic Insure.
The discount:
- Applies only to the insurer’s base premium
- Excludes Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) (currently 12%)
- Excludes broker fees, including the £35 documentation fee
The discount will be applied at the point of quotation or purchase.
3. Promotion Period
This Promotion applies to eligible policies purchased between 23 March 2026 and 23 April 2026 (inclusive).
4. How to Enter
To qualify for the Promotion, participants must:
- Obtain a quotation and purchase an eligible policy within the Promotion Period; and
- Quote or enter the promotional code WIA10 at the point of enquiry or purchase.
Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
By entering this Promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
5. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to:
- UK-based aesthetic practitioners and clinics; and
- New customers purchasing a new medical malpractice insurance policy through Cosmetic Insure.
The Promotion is not available:
- For policy renewals;
- For existing policies mid-term;
- To employees of the Promoter or its group companies.
6. General
a. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, withdraw or extend this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
b. This Promotion applies only to medical malpractice (aesthetic) insurance and does not apply to any other insurance products arranged by the Promoter or its group companies.
c. The discount has no cash value and is non-transferable.
d. Email is not a secure method of communication and is used at the participant’s own risk.
e. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

8. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
